Trail Running and Cathedral Rock in Sedona Az
My first trip up to Sedona Arizona with all the red rock. Amy and I decided on Cathedral Rock to do as our first hike / run / climb. I'd call that an easy trip... it'd be hard for some as there's some steep climbs but all in all it's pretty damn easy. I'd like to hit some of the harder stuff up there someday.
